Plasmatron can be used for reception of synthesis - gas, realization of regenerative metallurgical processes, increase of temperature of domain blasting, high-temperature processing of materials, complex(difficult) processes (in particular, synthesis), proceeding under significant superfluous and atmospheric pressure, powder metallurgy etc.

By the order of the Nuclear centre of Republic of Kazakhstans "EPOS" has developed and has started unique installation - a complex with a control system for imitation of failures on the atomic power station.

The information measuring system of hight frequency allows to make analog and digital measurements and displays of signals of a current and a voltage from industrial frequency up to 100 kilohertz and more to calculate factor of capacity (cos), active and jet making capacities on the given site of a short circuit, selectively to measure active capacity, that very precisely allows to accompany with physical processes in processable a material. You receive not settlement, on electric and thermal balance, and real consumed active capacity in object of processing.

One of unique projects whom has designed and has started in work "EPOS", the universal hydraulic stand intended for realization of complex tests streamline water of objects is. The charge of water - up to 800 cubic metre at one hour. Completely automated installation working on established algorithm in absence of the attendants.

At participation "EPOS" plasma stands aerodynamic and electrophysical researches by capacity of 0,6 megawatt, 10 megawatt, 20 megawatt are designed and commissioned.

"EPOS" projects and develops under the individual order the installations intended for outside of oven processing of liquid metal (with heating liquid metal with use of induction, plasma, arc or slag heating).

"EPOS" projects ore-smelting furnaces of new type with the improved technical and economic parameters and with the reduced specific charge of the electric power on a unit of production of received ferroalloy.
