The research-and-production enterprise of the electroplasma equipment and systems " epos" specializes on release of new, unique samples of the equipment under the individual order.

Activity of the enterprise includes all production cycles: from calculations and development of the general circuit of the equipment - before its delivery in operation and the current warranty service.

The main directions of activity:
Development, designing and manufacturing of the electrothermal equipment under Requirements of the Customer.

• Development, designing and manufacturing of other kinds of the equipment under the individual order.
• Realization of research and developmental works in interests of other industries (mechanical engineering, chemistry, metal working, metallurgy etc.).
• Development of settlement models, the software and realization of calculations of electrotechnical units.
• Designing of systems of automatic control and other devices providing functioning of the equipment. Automation of productions.
• Development of devices for complex test, testing of difficult kinds of an electric equipment.
• Complete set, starting-up and adjustment works and start of the equipment in operation.
• Repair, restoration and reconstruction of the operative equipment.

The personnel of the enterprise in a condition to lead qualitative inspection and diagnostics of objects of any complexity. Supershort specifications on designing and manufacturing of production are provided with the complex approach to the decision of problems and modern base.

We have experience in calculation and designing of the following electrothermal equipment and complex melting installations: plasma (up to 20 megawatt), arc, electroslag, furnaces of resistance (with various kinds of atmospheres), induction furnaces and heaters of various purpose, power supplies, systems of gathering and processing of the information, systems of automatic control, the equipment vacuum plasma, experience in creation of the unique equipment for thermal physical measurements.

Among customers of our production there are state centres of science of the countries of the CIS, the state and individual, industrial and scientific structures, educational institutions etc.
