The universal equipment of a bench complex has characteristics:
the System of electrosupply (20 megawatt), includes 2 converters, a reactor;
System of gas supply: three highways of nitrogen, a highway; stop valve the regulating remote controlled equipment, tanks of storage of the compressed gases pressure 20-32 megapascal;
System of water supply: system of valves of submission and cutoff of waters;
Complex system of automatic control and protection (over 150 controllable parameters, 60 channels of registration).
Universal electroarc plasmatron

Plasmatron can be used for reception of synthesis - gas, realization of regenerative metallurgical processes, increase of temperature of domain blasting, high-temperature processing of materials, complex(difficult) processes (in particular, synthesis), proceeding under significant superfluous and atmospheric pressure, powder metallurgy etc.


The design of plasmatron is protected by copyright certificates.

Use plasmatron in metallurgical and плазмохимических units sharply allows to accelerate chemical reactions and to minimize the sizes of devices. Plasma technologies are expedient for connecting to essentially new high-temperature technologies of reception of metals and nonmetallic materials.
