Electroslag remelting furnace
"EPOS" projects and develops under the individual order of the furnace electroslag melt for manufacture of ingots from high-quality steel: constructional, corrosion-proof, heat resisting etc.
We develop the equipment for melt of any nonmetallic materials with temperature up to 3000 С.
On the basis of modern software and the equipment for furnaces electroslag melt the unique automatic control system may be designed, developed and created in view of a thermal condition of a slag bath and a place of allocation of energy in slag.
"EPOS" develops, delivers, starts in manufacture, makes systems of the automatic control, the software of the following electroslag equipment.
1. Electroslag remelting furnaces intended for fusion in a mobile crystallizer of continuous cylindrical ingots in weight up to 16 tons. Each electric furnace is supplied with the own power supply, a hydrodrive of moving of spent electrodes and crystallizers.
We recommend an arrangement of furnaces in pairs, for realization of fusion in separate crystallizers, or in the common crystallizer, from two transformers, for melt of an ingot of the double weight.
2. Electroslag remelting furnaces intended for melt hollow of ingots in the maximal weight up to 16 tons. The ingot sucelted as a pipe from ball-bearing steel may be cut on rings. After heat treatment of a ring are subject to machining for reception of holders of bearings. The complete set of Electroslag remelting furnaces expands with several external and internal crystallizers assortment of sucelted ingots.
3. All Electroslag remelting furnaces are completed with the equipment for liquid start.
Experience and skills of experts "EPOS" are based on development of the equipment, realization of architectural supervision at manufacturing and installation of the similar equipment at the domestic enterprises, the enterprises of Ukraine, Sweden, France.
