By the order of Novosibirsk Autorepair factory "epos" in April 2007г. carried out repairs fettling the chamber electric resistance furnace for heating under training.
PURPOSE of WORK is repair fettling furnaces.
During WORK the FOLLOWING PRIMARY GOALS WERE SOLVED:
1. Comparative estimations and calculations of circuits with a choice of working variant of a design are carried out.
2. The outline sketch of a working site fettling furnaces is developed.
3. Disassembly old and installation new fettling.
4. Assembly and connection of heaters.
5. The new monitoring system and maintenance of temperature in the furnace is established.
6. Start of the furnace and demonstration of work of the furnace on two cycles of heating of details under training up to temperature 1000С.
